speed and velocity are essentially the same thing.

Terminal volicity is when the speed at which atmospheric drag matches the pull of gravity, resulting in a constant fall rate.

Terminal speed may be related to drag racing ie the speed at which you cross the finish line.

Speed is how quickly something is moving.
Terminal Velocity is the highest speed it can reach, usually with gravity.
