My first time was in my dads brand new sierra xr4i in 84, it did 230km/h and damn, i thought i was gonna die
Then he sold that to buy an almost new sierra cosworth 3-door in 87, we did 260km/h in that one
Last was in my m8 supra doing almost 340km/h and wheelspinning up to 280km/h.........WHAT A RUSH

Were in my mates 3 door around 5 yearsa go, tail out round corners at speed, i was in the back and was rolling around like a idiot in the back crapping it BIG time

THe worst was most recently in my mates evo9gt and took me and nuttin rilla up the back roads in it, we were doing country bends at 100+ and i honestly though i was going to die !!! never felt a car corner like this and accelerate like this in my life and under brakeing i nearly lost the will to live, then turns round and heads back and says now for high boost

I told him if he didnt stop i was walking home !! shitting it !!

You've obviously never been in one, they were bloody quick low ratio gearbox as well, admittedly the 120 was speedo indicated not true speed but my D reg would max out no trouble

My team leader had a 2.0is Sierra and I followed him to work one day and he couldn't shake me off he was well pissed

First time i got a real sense of speed was in my uncles Dax Cobra kit car when i was 8. It was a summers evening, had the hood down and blasted along a contry road at 100mph

Im waiting for a mate to take me out in his Turbo'd oldskool Mini, currently runs about 220BHP, and apparently spins the wheels in 4th gear in the DRY

First time I went fast was back in 1991, I remember it well i was about 10 at the time and it was in my mates Dads new car which happened to be a black sapphire 4x4 Cosworth bit like the one in my sig lol.

I remember us sitting on the back seat but both leaning forwards talking to his Dad an when he floored it we both got flung back in the seats will never forget that day either, as it started a silly passion for cars and especially ones with cosworth badges on the back.

probably my first 'fast' trip was a few months ago for my work experience, i had just finishd helping to change the turbo on an Evo 4 when the guy agreed to take me out in it.....

lol all i remembr was him saying 'shit this car is slow' he said doin 120mph

i was lik wtf this is slow

an the other time was when i had finishd helping out on an RX7 an the guy took me out in that gt it stuck in first coming of a roundabout going sideways

First true shot at speed was when i took the newly finished kitcar id built with my dad to a industrial estate and had a 0-60 blast in it. only was a 1.8 zetec with bike carbs but it weighs feck all.

once the back tyres stopped smoking (4k launch ) it just shot up the road. hit 90 before i backed off as i couldnt see as the wind was blowing my hair into my face

next was the fiesta st testdrive i had last month. bastard thing flew. well compaired to my 1.2 clio its concorde

although taking said clio to 105 mph was a bowel moving experience that im NEVER repeating! to say it was terrifing is an understatement!
never been in a rst or cossie when moving
