im 22 and i have it in both hands, wrists ankles and feet

really did limit me to what i was doing when its at its worst, but im now getting threatment and tablets from rheumatology and its working

doesnt really bother me at all now

I worked asd a tyre/exhaust fitted and in the winter is was real bad but a good tip is to get up an hour early for work, get warmed up so the morning pains start to go away then wrap tape round your wrists, keep the blood in and stop the hands from cooling down too much

also avoid wheat based foods, (i used to be mad for wheatabix) wheat based food really really do affect it badly

hope some of that helps ya, i know its not nice to suffer from it

Glucosamine on it's own isn't much good, you need to get Glucosamine with Chondroitin and if you can get Glucosamine with Chondroitin and MSM that's even better. It's a lot more expensive than plain Glucosamine.

MSM is a naturally occurring sulphur compound used as a health supplement. There is some evidence to show that it is useful to reduce pain in osteoarthritis, where MSM acts as a sulphur supplement for the joint tissues, which in osteoarthritis have particularly low levels of sulphur. This improved the structure of the cartilage, which is nature's shock absorber, and can improve joint pain, swelling and stiffness, and improve joint flexibility.
Also take an anti-imflammatory like Ibuprofen, these can reduce inflammation as well as pain and so lessen the damage done to joints.

my specialist subject

if it's really bad you can take a number of treatments, but it's one of those post code lottery things because this stuff works out to be around £700 a month

as your docrot to refer you to a specialist who might be able to let you have one of these expensive drugs
