4x4 engine and 2wd
Hi im using a 4x4 yb lump with its ancillaries, but im using a 2wd loom and turbo , ecu, throttle body, is the dizzy ok to work with the 2wd loom and is there any other differences i should know about ?

Perfectly fine.
The 2wd loom does not have a knock sensor fitting, and you will need to change the outer 2 wires on the TPS if you are using the L8 ECU. If you are using the L6 or L1 then you will need to get a PF01 TPS as the PF09 TPS will not work with the L6 ecu.

Thats fine the 4wd loom only differs on the TPS (i think) and then all you do is swop the outer wires around (for L8 ecu use) and the 4wd loom has 2 connectors on the bulk head where it conects where as the 2wd one does'nt (and i belive alot of people cut the plugs off and soilder the wire as they corse problems
Your using a 2wd throttle body some im guessing your going to use a 2wd TPS
