Border are a top Jap company who do seats and harnesses.
Them and Bride are the seats you find in all mental Jap cars.
Providing its real, well, TBH even if its not by looks of it, its awesome.

side mounts are side mounts mate, they universal.
if you mean some adapters to fit the side mounts to the floor of a ford etc, youl be lucky to find them available for any car barring some Jap ones.
I made them for my Cossie and every other car ive owned.
