Default re help on corsa c

hi i ws thinking on putting a turbo red top in me corsa but av bin turn down by the lad and hes keeping it now........but i can get a 2.0 lita red top but some one said it would be hard to get the clocks and the speedo to work as its not as the same as the corsa b..........any info would be grats

Get yourself a Z20LET engine. Its the newer turbo lump found in mk 4 astra gsi's etc. Its a easier fit and the wiring is not all that hard i dont believe.

C2O LET her mate...more power although the z20's may be more realiable iirc!

Z20LET is a straight fit, mounts are not much of a problem. C20LET requires more fabrication on the mount side of things.

The clocks run on CANBUS, and the C'LET motor ECU knows nothing of such things, its possible to maintain the original ECU to run the clocks thoguh and just use the new one for the engine side of things.

As Rick says, a Z'LET is a more logical choice in many ways.
