Does anybody use any music software that they would reccommend?

I'm after a piano composer that lets you input chords and other notes etc, then puts them onto the proper notation paper, and then lets you play it back on a player like scorch or music notes where u can change speed etc and watch it as it plays back, so can make changes, pull notes around, edit etc

I wouldn't mind getting a keyboard with midi interface at some point too if anybody has any reccomendations.

I have only ever used Cubase. It's very good, and has the facility for notation. Should be everything you need.
