Went to Ireland for the weekend with Helen
As we was there we meet up with a few friends in a real irish pub
This is what we got
Looks ok on the out side
Then inside
As for the toilet you pee into a bath
But had a few drinks
But what a great weekend and what great people made us so welcome cant wait to go back

Lead-foot, no, i'm being 100% serious, they say it's better over there, like fish & chips are better in Blackpool..

its how good the barman is at pulling the pint and of course the temp is cooled to
glad to see you went to ireland and not dublin like everybody seems to do, im only 50 mins from tralee in north cork and the crack in country pubs is way better, what was the name of the village that pub was located in

Freshness affects the taste a lot and an Irish pub can sell a barrel of Guinness a day whereas a pub here might take weeks to sell the same volume, leading to the beer going a wee bit off - still perfectly ok, just not as good as it was when fresh.

tralee......was just about to ask if it was in kerry
ever since they introduced the smoking ban too....all the pubs over there stink of old mens farts
though i love the place, back over in kerry in 2 weeks. for a golf, beer weekender....and have shopping list:
chocolate (much better over there)
barrys tea
tayto crisps
mikado biscuits
