Default Hello. New Mondeo car owner here.

Hi,

I have just bought a dreamy 2007 FORD MONDEO 2.2TDCi 155 ST 5 Door Estate in Performance Blue.

Love it. Love it. Love it.

This is the actual car. The pics were taken at the dealer's.

I've had it for almost a week and it's just so lovely to drive. I've never had a diesel before.

Just kidding, welcome
The touring version is a million times nicer on the eyes than the snatchback, and I'll even go so far to say it probably drives nicer too

Diesel is the future - performance diesels are overtaking petrol engined cars now.

Just look at what Audi did in the le-Mans 24hr with their TDI car

What, won because the rules and regs give diesels a massive advantage?

Not sure that really equates to reality unless this person is planning on building a Mondeo estate LeMans car

you misunderstand me Stav

Its the fact that some form of race car is diesel, regardless of it winning or not

I've got an 05 plate ST TDCI hatchback in Performance Blue, see sig. Absolutely cracking car. And I got an excellent deal on mine too. And I'm getting about 45mpg out of it too, which sounds good to me.
Tried the heated seats the other morning when it was cold, oh YES!

Ah yes, I guess you're right about that. I have only had the car for one week and have mainly used it for little journeys around town...running grandson to Pizza Hut and the like. Also I am still stalling it a bit as I am trying to get used to the clutch, lol.

Ah, you had problems with the clutch as well did you, I thought it was just me. I've driven all sorts of things and that was the first car I'd stalled in years. Got the hang of it now though.
