Not the first time I've cut an E30 up and made it faster

However, I would be a bit woried about the angle of your turbo - you will have issues with oil seeping past the front nose seals and the rear most bearing (exhaist side) not getting enough oil with it being sat as it is

had to go there for downpipe and getting under bonnet i did read somewhere you can run up to 45 degree angle and im less than 45 so we will see. tbh im not to bothered turbo owes me nothing anyway its only an old one. and if i put oil in the inlet with a little oil can i can fill it up so it overflows straight away and thats a tiny little finger pump oil can so with actual pressure its gonna get forced into every nook and cranny of the internals im sure

You don't mess about do you Karl !

Coming together nicely now.

Welded diff might be ok in a rwd car on the road but its not all that funny in a fwd car

I should have a half sensible mode of transport soon so you'll have to let me know when your out and about

i would seriously change your intercooler/radiator setup - maybe a 4x4 cossie i/c would be better down the side of the rad?

i know what ur saying and if i was going big power i would defo cut front right out and put intercooler in front. im only gonna hold 6 - 7 psi so should be ok. the cat d8s me and dad run have a water to air intercooler and there actually cooled by the engines coolant i could get away without even running an intercooler but ive got it so i may as well use it

what is the temperature of the compressed air from the turbo at only 6-7 psi? if it's less than 100 deg. C, you may as well not bother with an intercooler at all as one that will be heated to nearly that by the air coming off the rad

the car only runs at 70 c anyway and it wont heat the intercooler up to that temp id guess maybe 60 c and then theres a full section on the right that is totally clear that will get 100 % fresh air. i agree its not ideal but will be better than nothing.
