yes he was, as thats still breaking copyright law. there are ways round it though, which is what one movie site has done, if the sites a user based link site ie a forum where users post the links up, its nothing to do with the people running the site itself as they arnt the ones postings the links.

It is to do with the people running the site. If you have a site that allows this sort of stuff your just as guilty as the people who upload the videos to watch.

the thing is there ONLY doing this as the tv companys have discovered the HUGE demand of this stuff and are gonna SELL the programs over the internet now

IMO the bloke deserves a commision as he was one of the first people to think about it !!!

they just stole hes idea just like hes "stealing" there programs

the BBC based stuff should be allowed anyway as its paied for by us anyone

BIG BIG shame as its prob the best site on the internet

think hes downside was when he was getting donations as if it was free then its a different infringement

dam shame, id happy donate cash for hes case though if he ever needed it
