Default Thickwall Alloy Bends......

Anyone know where they can be bought? Online?

I need a 45° bend, with an ID of around 60-65mm and an OD of around 100mm.

That might be an idea. Are they 3" ID? Don't suppose you could tell me the ID and OD in millimetres, could you? Sorry to be a pain.

Cast bends wont be that thick, I think you will be very lucky to find 45deg bends with 17.5mm wall thickness why so thick?

ID IS 73MM , OD IS 82MM , ITS GOT A LIP AROUND EACH END TO HELP SEAL THE BOOST HOSES AS MOST PIPES SO ITS HARD TO MEASURE ACTUAL WALL THICKNESS ,SEEMS TO BE AROUND 3.5MM. SO IF ITS CUT THEN ONE END WOULD BE 83MM OD AND THE OTHER 80MM IF YOU UNDERSTAND WILL PUT PICS UP TONIGHT

CHEERS

it would give you a wall thickness of 17.5/20mm, i cant think where/why you would get them

Thanks everyone for your help. I've had to have a rethink as there was another aspect that wouldn't work out. Sorry to be a messer.
