tilting subframes for fixed back buckets??

want to fit a pair of fixed back buckets in my car something like sparco rev's but still need the back seat. can i buy subframes for these which allow to back seat to still be accessable?

what you going to do with the harness fixing?

wont it be in the way of a rear passenger?
