Default Which thermostat, 75 82 or 85 o?

Ive seen several advertised but which is best for a cocworth used hard on track? I will have to be good round town also but what do you lot use and recommend? What temp range should water and oil be kept between please??

i have 88 one but fancied fitting a 82...75 is a bit low for the road IMO but would prob be good ontrack?

I had an 82 celcius one in my Sapph, no problems at all with that on a day to day basis and when abused hard on the Nurburgring
