Depends what you want mate but i still love my N95. I use it for everything and was even waiting for the mrs earlier in the car playing street fighter 2 on it. I remember paying Ł72 for that SNES cartridge when i was a kid at christmas.
(Seriously though it does the lot and is still great as just a phone as well. Nokia texting has always been the best ever since 8210,7110 etc.)

Have to say I'm VERY pleased with my N95 only issue I have is I can't access my phonebook through my Parrot hands free car kit.
I've experienced none of the so called major floors with the phone so far.

N95's are good but are s60 smartphones so are as slow as fred the snail
The 6500 slide coming out fairly soon looks good, as does the lower spec 6500 classic
A mate has the moto with the funny slidy screen on it, and although it crashes like a bitch like all motos do, it has sky tv on it so is a plus point

my mate works in a mobile shop, canny mind which one, but says that they got loads of N95's returned, mostly due to low battery life
That's the main reason I didnt buy one, but a lot of people seem to manage ok.
I'd recommend the new Sony Ericsson K850 (as mentioned above)
It looks amazing, and Sony's are the best phone's I've ever used
