Is they much point in getting my car set up if it's running with no problems?
It hasn't been set up since earlier this year and just wondered what other peoples thoughts were

Depends on how many miles you do and what for etc. If its barely used and all is well i'd maybe have an annual/18 monthly health check but the chances of me having a cossie go that long with no issue is slim!

if it runs fine and nothing obvious has changed i wouldnt bother. maybe thats just me tho!

i would/do every year..........if i lived closer to Grove i'd do it more often....

I had my escort set up every 4 months

First time they managed to get 18bhp more just with a timing and fueling adjustment! Second time they found more horses again, only a few but it all helps.

I would definately go for it mate
