I cant see the logic in this sentancing

Sounds like at least manslaughter to me, they kicked and punched the fella intensely and he died as a direct result.
Pretty hard to fathom how the courts work (or dont, lol) at times!

yip pretty shocking really and there was also another one last week were the killers of a guy boasted on youtube of murdering the guy and they got charged with culpable homicide 
but the judge didnt or wasnt allowed to watch the video

that cant be far from me if they took him to the WI! And yes, the sentence is a joke!
A mate of mine got near as long in jail for a bad RTA in which someone was killed, and he most certainly didnt preplan that and carry it out in cold blood!

its ridiculous the full sentencing guidelines, its like a slap on the wrist
imo kicking someone in the head, you KNOW that potentially it can kill someone thus in my eyes it should have been attempted murder or manslaughter
its something so horrific i dont know how anyone could even bring theirselves to do it

manslaughter should be for anyone who kills without intent, a pall of mine got 5 years for killing a bloke who he had issues with and had a fight with, the OTHER bloke pulled a the blade and he got it of him and jookd him just catching something near hes heart and he died
he got manslaughter as he never intended to kill but he stabbed him and as a result he died
i thought it was harsh but its law and its true, he could have changed the situation if he never lashed back
these kids gettign less is a joke IMO
