Default WRC long studs

Ok, No guesses please if you are not 100% sure, and no discussing if long studding is right or not, the other post is up to 6 pages so far , whats the correct torque for putting WRC long studs into the block? And for torquing the head down with long studs and nuts just use the normal torque settings and stages
