bought the car and the engine now need a bit more info anybody done it ??

there was one on ebay a few weeks back.

looked badass!

think it will be the same mounts as the zetec turbo you put in the S1 mate

If there was no such thing as the ZETEC this would be an OK idea. But as Ford gave us the ZETEC E use it, its lighter, cheaper and better

nothing wrong with the RS2000 engine, 165bhp with just a chip very cheap! would go well in a fiesta

spot on mate and the torquefrom the I4 would make the mk1 fessy a very fun car to drive!

would be alright if they had enough torque to pull our heavy 4x4's around

Yes, was a mk1 van in FF mag a few years back with a I4 in

If you are on a tight budget the I4 engine wins Ł for BHP

It is heavier though !

it will go in but is ALOT of agro as its a very big engine. you WILL have issues with the mounts, you WILL have issues with the inlet manifold and bulkhead clearance, you Will have issues fitting an alternator and im fair sure you have to box the chassis leg for the pulleys to fit...

lots of agro, when a zetec will go in fairly easily.

*edit* and its nothing like fitting the zetec!
