I just did my MR2. Came up all clear, but the car has had a plate change.

Really good and waaaaaaay cheaper than HPi etc.

I did my S1 using this check, seemed a detailed enough report (and clean). Can't argue for less than £4.

it gives info, also sends you a e mail with a pdf of all the info, ie finance, write off`s etc..

you need to watch these cheaper companys a mate of mine used one when he purchased his sti prodrive and came up clear but when he tryed to sell it the guy did the real deal through hpi themselves £40 though and the car was infact a cat c cheap dosent always mean its a bargain is all im saying

Sounds good actually but anyone know for sure its as good as HPi? As stated if theres a chance it aint it aint worth much.

I did a proper HPI when I got the M3, told me pretty much everything including how many times the plate had been changed, when finance was done on it, condition of the car, etc. This one is very basic and more importantly it tells you zero about outstanding finance.

read the small print on it.

disclaims everything as being info from 3rd parties so they are not liable if the info is wrong.


i used to use them until something amiss came to light-they just quoted their disclaimer

isnt it the same as the one's you can tex of your mobile if so its a waste of time thay dont even say if it still has hpi on it
