Basically the computer has been playing up of late, crashing and restarting all by itself, just being a cock!
I've ran the disk cleanup and disk defragmenter thing and fingers crossed so far it seems to be much better!
However, i've just opened 'My Docs' and also 'My Music' and some of the files now have their text in bright blue writing as apposed to normal black text!?
To me this is fucking annoying so can anyone shed any light please on how I change it back to all black text?
Thanks

Try a system restore first - nifty tool that often solves many issues....
But anyway.... Blue text means the files or folders are compressed and/or encrypted to preserve data. Right click one of the blue files, select PROPERTIES and down the bottom hit the ADVANCED button and you should see this;

You want to untick the COMPRESS CONTENTS TO SAVE DISK SPACE entry.... Do that, click OK then OK again and it should go back to having black text.....

Remote is where someone logs into your PC over the internet and takes ccontrol of it, allowing them access to all your files and PC settings....
Your problem as such, isn't really a problem. For some odd reason defragging has set some of your files to be compressed, which was probably just a setting or glitch... Should cause you any problems as such, and won't make a difference using them if they are or aren't compressed......
