I paid £150 for a brand new .48 if that is any help, can't see why it would be wildly out, when I rebuilt my one.

Staffi, .55 can in some cases flow more and produce more power than a .63,due to being hand finnished, unlike the mass produced .63. .55 would be my choice for a near standard every day car, spool up nice like a .48 ,but hold boost very well

cheers stu

I'm looking for a .55 aswell. G.B Turbo Solutions quoted me £382 for one yesterday. I too was under the impression a .55 was a bored out .48

Mine goes ok on the .55

Does hang on better than the .48.

Was still making power when it hit the rev limiter

Still waiting on building contractors to come and fix the garage and the insurance to take the car away as it still stinks the house out

Hope you're well.

So whats the difference between this one and a normal .63 housing? Is it less laggier or something?
