Default BD15 VS BD 14 cams

I am running 2 bd14s on my escort cossie and tought of changing only the inlet cam for a bd15 to improve the power. what you guys think? a T4 turbonetics is supplying the air!

Depends on many things really, what power do you want, how much does it give now, what are you using it for etc etc

i use it for quarter mile and I wanted to know if maybe I can improve power by putting an inlet cam bd15 instead the bd14 I have!

Off course you can, but the main benefits is that you move the power a little more up the rev range and also gain some more flow=HP so yes in your car i would defo do it.
Just make sure there is room in the pistons for the more lift you get from the bd-15

The pistons are Ross and yes they got enough bucket for the lift that the bd15 does! Now I'm going to fit them tomorrow and hopfully try them on sunday!! Thanks for the help.

Don't forget you will need a little remap aswell, as you will be passing a greater volume of air at higher rpm and this will need more fuel to stop it from leaning out
