Dicko's on here has been running over 400bhp on a 205 fr years now, the only thing that has let go on his engine was the pistons went egg shaped round the gudgeon pins, after a freshen up that motor is still going strong and he is now hoping for 450bhp i think. Plus mine is going to be over 400bhp on a 205 block so i guess i'll see

Its a safe bet mate, i were making 400+ giddy horses. The car was live mapped at MSD which is giving the internals the best chance of survival. Less det?

I have the navalinea gasket in my 200 block but we have not machined the block for the rings, like you have. Could be that my gasket is different spec than yours.

yes the nava linea that you have I think is very similar to the one I showed just the rings are bigger to stay in the block.
