Can't see why not,

you would have to turn the water off out in the road,

remove existing stopcock, extend pipework over to the right,

put new/existing stopcock back on then reconect to existing plumbing,

Shouldn't take more than an hour I would say

As said, straight forward enough job, just extend the pipework across so it is out of the way and renew with new fittings.....

As for £50 to do it.......................................... Dont ring me
