what bhp should i expect?
ive got a 200 block
std comp.
4x4 head lightly polished and ported
bd10 + bd14 cams
2wd exhaust
4wd inlet manifold with a plenum spacer
turbo technics t38
running an 044 pump
basically at the mo it will run a group a headgasket and std bolts and i dont want to make any more than 350lb ft torque
what sort of boost do you think i will need to run for this and what sort of bhp will i make at 350 lb/ft??
then at a later date i will have the block long studded change the head gasket and go for full power, what do you think the engine can make at best?
i have a set of green and grey injectors to choose from
run on l8 management with a lambda

On greys I would of thought you will easily clear 400hp with the torque you want.
I think Staffi just has his mapped by Mark Shead with a similar turbo and he made 350lbft
Quite interested how you get on as your using the same turbo I have.

Stu, as Jonny said, Mark has just mapped mine it made 442bhp and 355ftlb, that's quite abit lower than i'd like but it's down to the cams Mark reckons. it's peaking@ 30 psi/ holding 26..
