Evening, can someone tell me how i reset the ISCV on a 2WD saph please.............

what you mean by reset? is it reving high? if so it means you have a fault, maybe a sensor

Reving low. Cleaned ISCV and that made a difference. Fiddled with screw had it running fine, then like a twat fiddled again and now she wont start.

What screw?????

Take it you mean the base idle screw under the thottle body????

Shouldn't stop it starting,either got another problem apart from your idle probs,knocked something off when fiddling with the screw,or sure you haven't flooded it??????
