Default Anyone own a Peugeot 406 HDI?

i need to know what it can tow

as i want to trade in my 306 diesel for one and wnat to make sure it's ok to tow my 205 on a towing dolly

ive got one. an executive 406 hdi with full leather etc

lovely drive, pulls well from low revs. should be able to tow your 205 with trailer.

You should COMFORTABLY be able to tow 1200-1300kgs with a 2 Litre HDi. I used an HDi estate last year to recover a fucked SJ410 on a twin wheel and it was effortless.

Check it's got twin fans on the radiator though as they do like to cook up a bit

NO car is allowed to tow more than 750kg unbroken weight as far as im aware, so your 205 on a dolly isnt legal no matter what car is towing it.
