xr2i engine mounts help please!!!!!!
hi i got a fiesta Si mk3 i have a 1600 xr2i 8v engine in it and the engine mout has been bodged and spaced out with a socket and to be honest it is starting to wear down and is gonna be fuked soon any one know were i can get one i was thinking what about the 1400 cvh Si mk3 engine mount would that work , any ideas!!!! cheers

I would imagine you could just buy the correct mount for the engine and car mate,
most cvh mounts are the same from experience,
Any ford dealer or motor factor would be able to get you one,
I used to bust the gearbox mounting's all the time on my old 2i when i had it, Buy yourself some polyurathane ones IMO

the problem is is that it is a Si shell and is supposed to have a 16v engine in so the engine mount needs to be spaced out and i wasnt sure wether the 1400 si used the same shell as the 1600 Si
