Not if they are just doing a power run, the idea is to get the car set up by a pukka engine builder/tuner then throw it on the rollers to see how much gun you have

Some engine builders have rollers and some don't, but its advisable to set the car up before doing a power run as the concequences could be devestating, ie engine goes bang

Escort RS Turbo - costs about £120 for a dyno session which will last about an hour. They set the boost/fuelling and make sure everything is running as it should by doing quite a few runs on the rolling road. They then give you a graph afterwards to show how much power it is making.
On that spec you could do around 150 bhp @ 10psi boost
i recommend Chris Todd @ Torque of the Devil, has always done excellent work on my RS Turbo

Depends on what you ask for, a power run is just a run to see what power you have & they will tell you how the car is running/set up, a rolling road tune will get the car running as good as it can be, this will include any adjustments etc, but not any major work.
