get 600-800bhp rated rods

500bhp rated ones will be at their limit and may break..

Yes ok, but if i don`t want to use the standard ones, but get the lighter ones AND stronger ones???

I may be going for 550+bhp at a later time and don`t want to take the engine apart again...

The standard rods are good for that power as well . They only need changing (along with the crank, pistons and lifters) if you want to rev it beyond 8000rpm.

I would use some longer ones that allow a 9500 rev ceiling (but require shortened compression height pistons). I can supply both these, but it is pointless unless the whole engine is specced for this in the first place.

If you mail me, I can provide pictures.
