just got home and i must say a big well done to the durham and derbyshire groups for yet again organising what was imo the best show of the year

weather was glorious all day sat and had a heavy downpour today which lasted for about 45mins then was spot on

some top show cars and also some very good track cars and track action

davecos 4x4 your car was flying untill the miss hap dunno what happened oh and the gearbox sounded

dingys car was as quick as usual

but ive gotta say to the andrew gallagher focus that car is just truly awesome
and to andrew his self for doing the passenger rides for charity all day

I heard them fire it up as i was walking back from the pits, it was making a knocking/rattling noise then they turned it off not sure how bad it is though.

It's getting raised a wee bit though. Almost lost my front splitter on the way home. A securing strap had come off a lorry and the large metal hook took a liking to my splitter You want to have heard the bang off it. I thought I'd been shot.

the car was running well,well not while i had fuel surge a bit coming onto the pit straight.

the T4 did let go and that was the end of my day.

after the car settled down it was fine,so we just had to clamp the oil supply to the turbo and jam the turbo to stop it from spinning and then i drove it home,just got in 10 mins ago.

thanks to the lads that helped me sort it,Spiky,Rallyslag,JC,Mike etc..

the noise was a bit too much i think as the thrust bearing was fooked.

I had a really good weekend

Last night was a good laugh, nice to meet soem new people and catch up with some old faces aswell.

jsut got in myself, was a top day!!!

gutted the 1.1L fiesta got black flagged for excess noise but life goes on

dave thanks again for the passanger ride mate, it was awesome!!! some good sideways action round the back of the track. the escos pulls like a train!! especially at about 4k in 2nd, kicks you well up the arse!! we reeled in alot of cars on that session, all except the caterham nippy little fooker

that fuel surging does need sorting like, souned fucking mint when it done it the 1st time, it happens due to the car being caned until its on the brink of death

top day, could of done with a few more stalls there but the track action was spot on.

the fuel was not full when i started and it drank the fuel,once it goes below a certain limit the fuel tank cannot stop the fuel from getting thrown about.

the car was going well on the road tyres too.

top weekend !!!!

wetaher was blinding even if it lashed it down all over me bike when id just polished it !!

highlight of the day was deffo ag focus and the PASSENGER RIDE I GOT

big big thanks to duram and derbyshire grops for a great event and andy gallagher for the ride out ,

also big souts out to bri and rob for loony track action and passenger rides

ohh and big shout to carlos for putting up with me climing in is tent when i couldnt be arsed putting ours up lol

fucking shatterd now , and found out me bikes front tyres got a bleb in it

and i clocked 120 ish going to the show

still the crusing home at 25 meant i saw the traffic cop sneakly parked up
