Personalized reg plate--lost the paper work--what now
I have miss layed the paperwork for my private plate...
I have put it on retension but cant find the paperwork for it, what do i need to do?
I know DVLA have a stupid phone thing where you have to press 9 million buttons before you get to speak to someone, even then they wont know what to do
What should i do

the dvla actually have close to 10 million buttons before geting through..lol
persevere with dvla, if the mongs dont know what to do, demand to speak to someone with more intelligence than a sparrow...
make it known your annoyed they cant help in a polite manner, SOMEONE must knoww what you can do
