how do i get my Xbox 360 to go wireless with it for Xbox live?

gather i need a wireless adaptor, but do i need to use a proper Xbox one or will others work?

she aquired me a netgear wireless adaptor, plugged that into back of xbox, but couldn't do owt with it

you can get a wireless linksys access point that uses cat 5 cable to plug in to your xbox

if you can get one that cheap, get the xbox one, the advantage of the other ones is that you can use it on other devices.
