this is an ace thread i have a Mongoose Decade that I've had since i was 13 - i'm 29 nearly now

still has proper skyline mags on too. Decade was the first bmx (i think) to have the brake cables attached so that the handle bars could spin right round without tangling the cables - called a spin-tech or sommat.

god, i feel old now but i'll get it out the shed tomorrow and get some pics up

 

Nah- but I used to go in Bike Pro up kingsheath every now and again.




it is a bit like triggers old broom- but its the frame thats the magic bit.

just got back in to the bmx scene a few months back,bought myself a 07 gt performer after having one as a kid,its nearly as bad as cars with all the trick bits you can get for them!!! lol already spent more than what i paid for the complete bike on fancy cranks and forks etc

lol the missus thinks im mad spending money on a "kids bike" as she calls it

i had a ride of a pk ripper at my local bmx track a couple of years ago and was an experience to ride one. didnt ride like the S&M next gen i used to own but was cool as fuck to be able to ride it round the track.

would love to own one but they go for silly money nowadays
