desperately need to find the whereabouts/owner of F440 EDB
or im going to get in shit !!
my old car .
i sold the car on the 11th of july and basically the insurance was left running till i found another car. which usually takes a couple of days with me . but this time it took 5 weeks till i got a new one and changed the insurance .
now ive had a phone call from my insurance saying another company is claim against them for a ccident that my old car had and he didnt stop or gave false details cos all they had to go on was the number plate . which came back as insureed by me .
now dvla have comfirmed to me that i sold the car on the 11th and the log book was filled out etc but obvisouly wont tell me the new keeper . the insurance reckon they cant find it either ??
the real piss take is that the chap who bought it rung his company infront of me and insured it before he went home . now why cant they find the other company that its insured with .
now ive got a chap coming round to take a statement off me so i can sign against what im saying . i didnt right a receipt or keep his number cos it aint worht the paper its wrote on .
i really need some help here so if anyone knows the owner , the whereabouts or any sightings of the car that i can pass on to the insurance company , id be very grateful .
also if anyone can get his details pm me or get me on 07796072993 . im not a grass and i keep my mouth shut so if someone can get his name it will be between me and them .
he is a few pics to jog peoples memorys .
liek i said any help , even the tinyest is a help . cheers
pm or 07796072993 . all info will be kept in my brain and not put on here so dont worry about people finding out you helped me , they wont .

20K+ Super Poster.
Stop worrying, you need to do JACK SHIT, not YOUR problem.
If it had been insured by someone else all records are held, IT IS A TRY ON, under the "last man standing rule", been there done that got the T shirt mate!!
As you have evidence it was sold before the accident, forget about it.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SIGN OR DO ANYTHING, not even to the POLICE.
YOU have commited no crime at all.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TRY TO FIND CURRENT OWNER, as this could be considered interfering with a witness, which IS a crime.
