anyone use cb or scanners ??
does anyone know if this http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?...32156&doy=26m8 will pick up the new police radios ? or is it just airplanes and airports ?

remember it will be encoded aswell, so its not just a case of getting a digital receiver!

still got my old one i remember back int he days could listen to mobiles between 917,000 and 95000 mhz fookin great fun that was listening to ppl arguin or luvy duvy convos pmsl

i got the london police helicopter about 5 min from me its always going up and would be interesting to listen to its doings etc not sure how far you can scan but sometimes when in the garden would be interesting
