There is a black one in Brum/Coventry area.

Found out one Sunday morning on the M6. Saw a shiny black ST in the fast lane, thought I would goad him a little. When I tried to push his speed up he flashed me. Blue Lights were in its rear clusters!

I meant it in the respect that the Police use a variety of un marked vehicles, most with cameras. Once caught speeding/driving like a loon on these you are generally fooked.
