Looks like the Taunus. The European equivilent of the Cortina. Later models were basically Cortina rebadges. Not alot of them about nowadays

Tragic thing is I remember the Cortina being scrapped and the big hoo ha about Ford's new jelly mold...

At a guess... 2300 v6. most 3 doors were either a base model or as this looks like a ghia, a 2300 v6.

as said, it's a Taunus - the Taunus is a hilly region to the north west of frankfurt and to the east of the rhein river. i should know, i lived on the edge of it for 4 years
