Default FAO Anyone who is Into Pc's or ONLINE GAMES!!

Im having Pet build me a nice new machine:

Abit IC7 Max3 i875P, ATX, DDDR400, Gbit Lan, USB 2.0, 1394, 6Ch Audio, SATA, Raid Motherboard.

3.0GHz Intel Pentium® 4 CPU "Prescott" (800FSB) HT 1MB Cache processor.

1 Gb DDR400, Cas 3 memory (2 x 512 DDR dual channel)

Gigabyte Radeon X800 Pro 256 GDDR3

200Gb Maxtor Diamondmax Plus 10 (7200rpm,8MB) SATA

Pioneer DVR-108 Black x16 Dual Layer DVD Writer

1.44Mb Sony Black Floppy Disk Drive

Microsoft Wireless keyboard and mouse

Fanless 450w PSU

19" Philips CRT monitor with 0.22mm dot pitch.

And all housed in this tricky looking case

And Dolby 5.1 blasting through these speakers

And what does all this mean Exactly?
It means that:
Rudey
Rhys
Martin S2
& anyone else who wants to try their luck with things like this:

Are all even deader meat next week than they were this week

ROFL at Windows XP 64 bit mate !!!
it does not exist YET and won't be out before the end of 2005, by this time the Prescott will have 64 bit instructions enabled, and YES, i work in IT

unless you are the only person in the world to have your new PC with the super 64 bit processor and the Windows XP 64 final version which is not finished yet ?

I also got Windows XP 64 on a CD mate. I was speaking of a FINISHED system. I'm sure you know what i mean, and i don't need a copy.

Anyway if you sure you're right, it's perfect.

Don't mix up Alpha, Beta, RC, and final versions mate. You seem to forget this

XP64 is ALPHA ! very far from entering the "gold" phase.

ignore mine and pet's convo......the one he built stu is VERY high spec, and by the sounds of it worth the money. It also looks cool, which lets face it is VERY important

I like AMD myself but each to there own

They've just brought out graphics cards with 512mb (or are very shortly) but they are silly money Ł450+ i believe.

how much money do you want to spend today ????

Stu @ M Developments,

Ive popped some actual game screenshots up in my first post.... and YES, they are not from in game movies, those are actually how it plays

Porkie,
Pretty much anything with a P4 1.2ghz and upwards and a good graphics card will probably play it very well.
