how much work would it take to put a 1600 rs turbo engine into a mk4 escort 1.3?

 

easy mate if your mechanically minded

everything from a turbo will bolt straight into the shell

you will need everything though, so look for a damaged rst or something and swap it all over inc full wiring loom

Turbo
Loom
ECU
and a few other bits!

i want one because my mates just brought a rst running 228bhp and its the tits so i want an engine to put in my 1.3

 

dont forget u will need the suspension, anti roll bars and brakes etc as urs wont be upto the job, best to buy a crash damaged rst and swap everything over but it will cost u just as much to insure and wont be a real rs
