ebay fraud #2
bought a rear bumper for my little R5. so then, since the seller didnt want to send it to switzerland i gave him proalloys adress.
a few weeks later it still had not arrived. so then i emailed him, no response.
since i payed by paypal i put in a claim...so his answer came that the bumper had been dropped off. an email later after i said no it hasnt, he claims that at proalloy was noone to accept the parcel
escalated my claim and got money back from paypal asap

if no one was at proalloy to accept it who did they supposedly drop it of to? not the old "we left it around the back behind the buckets" bollocks?
either way not your problem as you didnt receive but he obviously didnt have it to sell in the first place if he wasnt willing to send to switzerland. in this modern day and age things like that arent a problem.at least you got your cash back quickly.
