I had EXACTLEY the same thing happen to me..Lost my MSN list,and hotmail account.. Took them abit of time,but you have to be 100% CORRECT in the answers,otherwise,your FUCKED!!!!

But they will send you a link,to click,BUT YOU CAN ONLY USE IT ONCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so dont fuck it up,and you can change your password,login stuff,secret question etc etc...

Dont worry,they will sort it..
