for a mondeo st200 and are they worth doing really?and what sort of gains are likely? not expecting huge gains but am i right in thinking it will be a bit better fuel wise too?

fuck all difference......put an exhaust on it,lighted flywheel (that did help) k&n and chipped it........its not worth the dosh for the estimated gains 10-12 bhp..................i would never again on a N/A car.........

I agree with Pete.
Don't recon you'd benefit on fuel and power increase wouldn't even be noticable. Waste of time and money, these engines are already well optimised.
