Im never certain if you can ever say it all about drugs and many of these have evils simply because its human nature to abuse such things, no matter if its a 'E' or alcohol both are very very bad if abused
The statistics for deaths are flawed as percentange wise you will always find legal substances being abused by a larger number of the population count. It is very difficault to proportion drug related deaths to anything specific as determining the purity of the substance taken or the manner and enviroment in which it was taken can not be clarified in most cases.
Be honest though, who does'nt know someone who's quality of life is messed up through long term abuse no matter if its alcohol or 'E' - its this that should always be remembered imho
