Washed my car last night and even got a coat of polish on and was quite pleased with how it was looking.

Got up this morning and went to the car to find some thieving inbred piece of excrement had stolen the mirror glass from my drivers door mirror.

It's only when it's not there you realise how much you do actually use it.

wouldnt suprise me, as round where i work we had about 5 or 10 customers a day getting replacement mirror glasses after they had been stolen (i have no idea why)

that died down, then people started having the siderepeaters nicked, this was only VAG cars as well, spoke to the other local garages and they had no such issue

Some fucker stole the passenger side wiper arm (the whole fucking arm, not just the blade!!!!) from my Transit COnnect van the other day

Course every morning I jet the washers on the screen and then spend the first 5 mins on the motorway with washer fluid all up the passenger side of the screen cos I forgot I was missing a wiper arm

Hope new one arrives before it rains!!!!

Yes was on my A4. Thankfully both RS's are locked away out of the way of thieving scumbags.

Got some quotes and it looks like the replacement glass will cost me about £40 as its a heated item

It's not the money thing (well it is a bit), it's the fact that some arse wipe would rather pinch of somebody else than spend on a replacement but as I'm a normal human being and not a sticky fingered wank stain on society I will go and buy a replacement
