ive just sold a private plate [curently on retention] can i just send the new owner the certificate if i sign it? or do i personally have to make him the nominee and apply for it myself? then send him the certificate? cheers

 

i sold one a while back i had to send it off to make the chap a nomineee and when cert came back to me i posted it to him
