the most bhp for as cheap as possible
my mate has a mk4 golf gti (petrol) and want's to bump his bhp up as much as possible on a budget any suggestion would be great.

strip the cars interior, loseing weight is basically free power !
Then depending on budget basics exhaust,air filter and remap then maybe a supercharger or engine transplant from a written of 20v turbo
