how to adjust the throttle body sensor

HELP as above can`t the car to rev right its a sierra cossie 4x4 throttle body

PF09 ONLY
Plug the ecu multiplug back into the ecu and turn on the ignition.
Adjust the sensor to read <0.35volts at idle position.

pin 1 and 17
