If what you are getting at is, can you put LPG on a cossie.... of course you can.
Simple kits start from Ł600 up to more complicated multipoint kits for Ł1200-1500.
I'm sure someone with Stu's mech electrical knowledge could fit/setup a kit quite easily. My old man just did an install on his JEEP. Looked pretty simple and runs well.
He took it to a specialist after he was finished and spent Ł50 to have it safety inspected and tested which gave him a nice certificate for insurance purposes. Not actually a legal requirement but a good idea non the less.

Phil Price Rally school apparently runs his cars on LPG, one of which I think is a Group A esc Cos.
No problem at all doing it though, depending on engine power your going to need some well sized injectors though.
Prins or BRC are both very good systems, the BRC can be properly mapped with a enrichment table and altered ignition to gain hp.
Its something I've been interested in doing myself but I've just not had the time, I have doen plenty of tuned F150 supercharged V8's and other 4 cylinder turbo cars.

95 % chance you wont get insurance on a lpg vehicle without a cop 11 certificate, only way round that is to not tell them its on lpg.
For Ł50 though you would be a fool to dodge that and tbh its worth the test as there is so much shit out there.

It cost him more than Ł50 as it needed some work, but he haggled when buying which pretty much worked out equal in the end for him. No point at all not telling the insurance co' it's fitted..... totally agree with jonny.
